If you are having trouble finding the bridge, probably due to a sandstorm, enter the Wilderness Area from Hammerlock. The moment you pass under the bridge, Yamask will begin to evolve into Runerigus. On the 100th or so ball it hit the pokemon and to my suprise it did not flee.
